Loxo's Portal is designed to give decision-makers, such as hiring managers, members of HR, and upper management, insight into active searches by offering visibility into the actual Pipeline being used to track their candidates.
The Portal allows contacts to:
See candidates in different stages throughout the Job Pipeline.
Open candidate profiles to view key background information such as work experience and education.
Leave comments or ratings for candidates, which will drive the project forward.
Loxo users can set up their Portals to include additional details that are essential for their specific hiring processes. Continue reading below for more information on accessing and navigating the Loxo Hiring Manager Portal.
Accessing the Portal
Once a Loxo user has given you access to view a Portal for a Job, you will either receive an invitation to collaborate on the Job in your inbox, or the user can share a hyperlink with you directly. The link will be used to open the Portal. Upon opening the Portal, you will be prompted to enter a Verification Code.

Codes will be sent from Loxo automatically and delivered to the same email address that the Loxo user entered when they invited you to the Portal. Verification Codes do expire after 1 hour, so you may need to re-open the link to receive a fresh code if the first one has expired before you were able to finish accessing the Portal.

Once you've received your invite link, be sure to handle this with the same care as any other sensitive information. Since Loxo's Portal gives real-time access to an actual agency's open project and includes real people's data, it's best to treat your Portal link like you would a password or other login credentials.
Navigating Loxo's Hiring Manager Portal
Please note that Loxo users can customize their Portal shares, so your experience may differ from the examples shown below. The information provided includes all available sharing options and may not fully apply to your specific experience.
The Candidate Profile Page
The Job Selection Page
When you first open the Hiring Manager Portal, you will find a page to select the job, or jobs, the team has made available to you. Click the job title to view the job pipeline for that job.
The Job Pipeline
The Job Pipeline will be displayed in a Kanban view, where candidates are shown within their current Job Stages. The Job Stages are organized from earliest stage to latest stage from left to right.
The Job name, your company name, the job location and the job ID will be listed in the top of the page
There will be a search bar at the top of the Portal. Searches here will scan the candidate's profile for matching terms to return relevant results.
There will be a "Filter" option to the right of the search bar that can be used to filter candidates based on fields such as their current job title or location.
If an Executive Presentation has been included with this share, you can click on the Presentations button to select the top-down version of the job pipeline.
If relevant job-related attachments have been added to the job, they can be viewed through the clipboard icon.
Add People (if enabled)
If this function has been enabled by the Loxo user, you can easily add additional prospects to a job by following the steps below:
Click on Add People at the top right of the page
Select the method you wish to add candidates to the job
A CSV upload will require a mapping of fields to the existing account
The Candidate Profile Page
Clicking on an individual candidate name will open the profile for that candidate. Once the profile has been opened, you will be able to see the following, if shared:
Submission Summaries
Intake Notes
Tags
Compensation
Experience
Education
Certifications
Specialties
Skills
View Additional Information:
View resumes/CVs
View recent activity and leave additional activity notes
Provide Instant Feedback
Add comment: clicking this button will open a window where you can leave an overall sentiment (No, Maybe, or Yes), along with your specific notes or feedback. Loxo users will be notified of your feedback once you click "Submit."
Add Scorecard: Clicking this button will open a side panel with attributes you can rate candidates, provide text feedback and leave a final decision, all directly in Loxo without the need to email back and forth.
