Utilizing Loxo's redesigned branded resumes, you can provide access to your Most Placeable Candidates' or Spec CV's information, while maintaining control over what is shared, within seconds while also channeling them to the new Pitch pipeline.
Leave Your Mark with Branded, Customized Resumes
When within your Most Placeable Candidate's profile:
If a candidate is already in a job, utilizing the familiar
button on a profile and then selecting "Pitch candidate," will generate a branded resume. If they are not in a job, the share button will automatically generate a branded resume, including your agency name as the header and your saved logo at the top right of the profile.Customize which profile details are shared with the
button at the top right of the page.
When within in your People pipeline:
Click the picture/initials of the of the candidate(s) you wish to pitch to your clients, if in the grid view
Check the box to the far right of the candidate(s) profile if you are in the card view
Select the
option at the top, middle of the page
Select to Send a Digital Link or PDF
Click "Continue" after all adjustments have been made.
Select your preference for sending the candidate profile, whether it be digital or as an attachment
Automatic Deal Creation and Pitch Pipeline
Loxo has added a "Pitch" tab at the top of your Sales CRM page, allowing for clear, immediate tracking of your Most Placeable Candidate's progression without the extra steps of adding them to the pipeline.
Completing the "Pitch candidate" process from within a candidate profile will automatically create a deal within your default Pitch pipeline.
