Designed as the step immediately following Intake in Loxo's Talent Intelligence Workflow, the Longlist Agent gives your team complete market coverage while keeping recruiters fully in control. It standardizes the sourcing process so every search starts with the same high level of quality, regardless of team capacity. Recruiters retain total authority to review the results, select who moves forward to the Shortlist and choose how much of the sourcing workflow to delegate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. We already have an ATS or CRM with AI sourcing.
A. Many AI sourcing tools search either an external database or the candidates already in your CRM. The Longlist Agent searches both at the same time. It looks across Loxo's talent graph and your firm's own history, so you're working from a more complete candidate pool instead of choosing one source over the other.
Q. Will this replace my researchers or sourcers?
A. No, the Longlist Agent takes care of building the candidate pool. Researchers and sourcers still do the work that matters most: evaluating candidates, building relationships, and deciding who should move forward.
Q. What if it misses someone we know is a good fit?
A. Recruiters always review the candidate pool before moving forward, so nothing happens automatically. If someone should have appeared and didn't, that feedback helps improve future searches. Every run gives the system more context to build on over time.
Q. Will it contact candidates automatically?
A. No, the Longlist Agent only builds the candidate pool. Recruiters review the results and decide who, if anyone, should be contacted.
Q. We don't call it a longlist.
A. That's completely fine. Some teams call it a pipeline, slate, bench, talent pool, or something else entirely. The terminology isn't the important part. Every recruiting team still has to build a complete list of people worth considering before they can move a search forward.
