Loxo’s Hiring Manager Portal is an interactive collaboration space where recruiters and clients work together throughout the search. Instead of sending static updates, recruiters can share live candidate pipelines, collect real-time feedback, and streamline communication in one place—creating a more transparent, professional experience that helps hiring teams make faster decisions.
With Loxo's Hiring Manager Portal, hiring managers can do all of the following with a single link:
View all shared jobs from one portal link
View candidate contact information including phone numbers and email addresses directly within the Kanban view and candidate profile
View candidate certifications directly on the candidate profile
View candidate skills directly on the candidate profile
View and comment within the Activity tab to collaborate with recruiters on candidate discussions
Access the Reports tab to view search reports and updates
Add candidates to the shortlist by uploading resumes or adding candidates directly to the job

Select What Candidate Information is Shared
Setting up your sharing options for the portal can be done under Settings > Job Share Permissions. These are the broad areas of shared information within the portal itself. In order to remove particular aspects of a candidate profile, you will need to adjust the settings outlined below.
Information that can be shared or hidden through the Hiring Manager Portal include:
Simply uncheck any information you do not wish to be visible to your hiring managers and click Save at the top right!
Sharing Your Hiring Manager Portal
In order to share to your Hiring Manager Portal, follow the directions below:
Click on the Share button at the top of the page:
Choose who to share your portal with:
Hiring Managers attached to the job should already be listed under "who has access."
If a link has already been shared with this hiring manager, the new job will be available to them on the multi-job link by default.
If no other jobs have been shared with the hiring manager(s) attached to the job, you will need to click "Copy Link" and send them the link to access the Hiring Manager Portal
You will additionally need to adjust which stages and Executive Presentations you wish to make visible to each Hiring Manager.
If a Hiring Manager needs to be added to the job or Portal, type their email address into the "Invite people to this list" search bar
Hiring Managers with profiles in your Loxo database will have their name and email auto-populate. Select the appropriate profile and click Add
Hiring Managers without a profile within your Loxo database will require you to type out the entirety of their email address. Once the address is complete, click Add
Determine what stages will be visible to each person added to the Hiring Manager portal
Select any Executive Presentations you wish to make available within the portal
Remove access from someone, if necessary, by clicking the X to the right
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Am I able to adjust what is shared within the Hiring Manager Portal on a job-by-job basis?
Answer: No, the Hiring Manager Portal settings are universal to the account and cannot be changed on a user-by-user or job-by-job basis.
Question: Can I share more than one job at a time to a hiring manager?
Answer: Yes! Any invite links created are unique to a specific email address. So, no matter which job you share with a hiring manager, if they are given access to additional jobs, the same link will work for all jobs.
