The living database - always awake, always updating, so you don’t have to.

Loxo’s self-updating CRM Agent continuously refreshes candidate data, transforming your CRM from a data graveyard into a living system recruiters can trust, ensuring that your database retains not only it's freshness, but it's value.

Why Use Loxo's Self-Updating CRM Agent?

  • Use your CRM with confidence, knowing candidate information is as current as possible.

  • Stop wasting time on manual research, reduce the need to check social media sites or search engines for updates.

  • Reach candidates at the right time, right after job changes, moves or certifications.

  • Personalize outreach using fresh titles, skills and company history.

  • Fill roles faster by avoiding stale data.

How Does the Self-Updating CRM Agent Work?

The agent is capable of updating each of these pieces of data:

  • Location

  • Experience Profiles

    • Current and past titles

    • Current and past companies

    • Current and past responsibilities

  • Education Profiles

    • Current and past degrees

    • Current and past schools

  • Certifications

  • Skills

Loxo combines public and proprietary data sources into one system. We aggregate billions of professional profiles from trusted public sources and enrich them with proprietary partnerships. The feature does not scrape external platforms for updates, relying instead on these trusted data sources.

Loxo uses advanced algorithms to match and enrich candidate profiles in your database. The process relies on the presence of social media URLs and emails in the profiles. These are matched against profiles in Loxo's database with the same name and URL or email to enrich your data. This ensures that your database is populated with the most relevant and accurate information available. Additionally, the system ensures that no duplicate profiles are created during updates by using a combination of unique identifiers, such as the candidate's name and either their email address or social profile. Job title or job changes alone do not trigger the creation of new profiles, maintaining a clean and organized database.

For the Self-Updating CRM, this blend is what keeps your database alive. Instead of relying on a single source, we continuously triangulate across multiple datasets to validate changes before applying them. That’s how we turn your CRM from a static system into a living, continuously updated resource you can trust. However, it is important to note that updates are not real-time and may not always immediately reflect the most recent job changes.
