When adding a candidate from social media, Loxo recognizes the standard "Greater City Area" location and assigns an accurate Zip/Postal Code to their profile. This increases your search capabilities using Loxo's Zip/Postal Code filter on the People page.
To complete a search: enter the desired Zip/Postal Code, enter a radius distance of how far outside of the Zip/Postal Code to search, and quickly find the candidates in your desired geographic location!
Important notes to keep in mind when searching by Zip/Postal Code:
The profile must have the Zip/Postal Code entered in the Zip Code field on their record. If the information is only available in the "Location" field, it won't interact with specific Zip/Postal Code searches.
The profile must also have the correct country added to the Country field on their record.
Our radius distance measures "as the crow flies," not based on the driving distance between two locations.
We pinpoint locations using the municipal limits, which may be a larger area depending on the Zip/Postal Code selected, leading to increased results.
