Submitting a Feature Request or Product Feedback

Share ideas, improvements, or feedback via Artemis to ensure it’s tracked and reviewed directly by Loxo’s product team.

Customer feedback plays an important role in how Loxo evolves. Whether you have an idea for a new feature, a suggested improvement, or feedback on an existing workflow, the best way to share it with our product team is through Artemis, the chatbot built directly into Loxo.

Submitting feedback through Artemis ensures your request is tracked and sent directly to the product team for review.

Where to Submit Feedback

To submit product feedback or a feature request:

  • Open Artemis, the chatbot inside Loxo

  • Type “I want to give product feedback”

  • Artemis will guide you through a short conversation to capture the details

This process ensures your feedback is properly recorded and reviewed by the product team.

What Information Artemis Will Ask For

During the conversation, Artemis will ask a few questions to help the product team understand your request.

Be prepared to provide:

  • Feature Description

    • Briefly describe the feature, change, or improvement you would like to see in Loxo. Provide as much detail as possible. Examples help the product team better understand your request.

  • Problem or Workflow Challenge

    • What problem are you trying to solve, or what workflow challenge are you experiencing?

  • Current Workaround

    • How are you currently solving this today?

  • Supporting Material (Optional but Helpful)

    • Screenshots or videos that help illustrate the request.

  • Importance Level

    • On a scale of 1–10, how important is this request?

      • 1 = Nice to have

      • 10 = Critical to our workflow

Providing clear and detailed feedback helps the product team properly evaluate the request.

What Happens After You Submit Feedback

We review every request and use this input to help guide future product decisions. Please keep in mind that Loxo releases new features, AI capabilities, and workflow improvements at a rapid pace. To maintain that momentum, requests are prioritized based on overall customer demand and alignment with our product roadmap. While not every request can be implemented immediately, customer feedback plays an important role in shaping the platform’s future.

Thank you for helping us continue to improve Loxo.
