Redsun has built a two-way integration with Loxo's API — pulling jobs/people/companies to power a careers site, writing applicants, engagement scores and campaign attribution back into Loxo.

What does the integration do?
At a high level, Redsun uses your Loxo data to power a modern, branded careers site — and when candidates engage with that site, the activity flows back into Loxo automatically.
Your jobs, people and companies in Loxo are used to keep the Redsun-built careers site up to date. When a candidate applies, submits a form or uploads a resume/CV through that site, they appear in Loxo as a person record with a real application attached to the relevant job. Your Loxo workspace remains the source of truth throughout.
Redsun also offers a feature they call the Visitor Intelligence Engine, which helps attribute anonymous website visits back to known contacts in your Loxo database. This means your team can see which candidates are actively engaging with your site — without leaving Loxo.
What will I notice in my Loxo workspace?
After connecting, you may see a few new items in your workspace:
Two new source types — Redsun Platform and Redsun Well — which help you filter and report on candidates who came through a Redsun-built site.
A scorecard template called Redsun Engagement Score, which Redsun uses to surface engagement data on person records.
A custom dynamic field (if you set one up) used for campaign tracking links.
Candidates who apply through a Redsun site will appear in your job pipelines as real applications — not notes or manual entries.
How do I get started?
Setup is handled on the Redsun side. The only step required in Loxo is generating an API key under Settings → API Keys and providing it as well as your agency slug to Redsun. The Redsun team can walk you through their configuration process if needed.
Who should I contact with questions?
Redsun is an independent product with its own support team. For questions about the integration, setup, features, pricing or troubleshooting, please reach out to them directly at support@redsun.com.
The Loxo support team is happy to help with anything on the Loxo side of things — such as generating API keys, understanding source types or navigating your candidate records — but questions about Redsun's platform or how their site-builder works are best directed to their team.
