Want your team to check out a new candidate or need them to follow up with a potential contact? Loxo's tagging feature allows you to send a notification to someone within your team to give direct access to a candidate or contact's profile. You can mention someone in Loxo in the same manner as in Slack and other platforms with the @ function.
To mention or tag someone to collaborate in Loxo, follow the steps below:
Go to the person's profile where you want to collaborate.
Go to the Activity Stream on the profile.
Use the @ character to create a tag: type "@" followed by the user's email address. A dropdown list of your teammates will appear based on what you've entered.
Select your preferred user(s), write your note if applicable, and click Save.
When a tag is used, an email notification will be sent to the tagged user.
When the tagged user clicks on the link to view the note, they will be brought to the candidate's profile, where they can review the tagged note on the Activity Stream to continue collaboration.
