What the Integration Does

Loxo's integration with Checkr sends data directly from your Loxo Placement cards into your Checkr account. While account specific, fields such as the following will be available to send to Checkr:

  • The email address of the person

  • Which package to utilize in Checkr

  • Which node in Checkr you wish to utilize

  • The country, state/province and city of the person


How it Works

When completing a placement card in Loxo, you have the option to skip or proceed with the background check through your Checkr account:

If you wish to proceed with the background check through your Checkr account, complete the fields listed at the bottom of the placement card. These fields will be account specific, but the below is an example:


Once the placement is saved, the placement card will reflect "Invited" or "Not Sent," depending on the selection, as a reflection as to whether this person was sent to Checkr.


Integration Setup

To set up the integration with Checkr, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Within your Checkr account, navigate to Account

  2. Select Developer settings at the top, middle of the page

  3. Click Create key to generate an API key

  4. Copy the API key

  5. Return to Loxo and navigate to Settings

  6. Scroll down to Integrations

  7. Find the Checkr integration and paste your API key in the bar and click Enable
