  • Loxo MCP — Connect Your AI Assistant to Live Loxo Data

    • The work you have already done in Loxo is your competitive advantage. Loxo MCP is what lets your AI assistant see it.

    • Loxo MCP is a new connection layer that securely links your live Loxo data to the AI tools you already use — including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI assistants. Instead of starting every AI conversation from a blank slate, your assistant now has full visibility into your candidates, jobs, companies, and workflows.


Large Enhancements

  • AI NoteTaker: 57+ Language Support

    • The Loxo NoteTaker now auto-detects and transcribes conversations in more than 57 languages, making it usable for global recruiting teams and cross-border candidate interviews.

  • Executive Presentations — Major Upgrade

    • Executive Presentations (formerly Candidate Status Reports) received a large set of improvements this month, covering layout quality, permissions, usability, and new capabilities.

    • New capabilities

      • Repeat a Stage feature: duplicate a stage within a presentation to show candidates at different points in the same pipeline stage

      • Grouped work experience: repeated companies in a candidate's history are now consolidated for a cleaner, more professional look

      • Table header now repeats on every page of multi-page reports

      • Wider Comments column in table view for better readability

      • PDF download is now available to all users at your agency, not just admins

      • Delete button for Global Presentations is now restricted to agency admins and owners

    • Fixes & polish

      • Each candidate now renders on its own page in both the edit view and the preview PDF

      • Blank comments no longer appear on downloaded presentations

      • Experience dates now display correctly throughout

      • Agency logo sizing is now consistent across all jobs in a global presentation

      • Resolved an issue with generating blank pages in table view

      • Fixed comments section overlapping in table view

      • Fixed column headers rendering at different sizes across pages in table view

      • Resolved inconsistent spacing in work experience sections

      • Fixed an issue where updating an existing presentation with an uploaded PDF document was failing

      • Missing cover images in PDF exports are now resolved

      • Blank page issue for table view exports has been fixed

  • Hiring Manager Portal — Drag & Drop + Analytics

    • Hiring managers can now drag and drop candidates between pipeline stages directly in the job share view

    • A new Analytics tab is available in the job share view, giving hiring managers visibility into funnel performance for their open roles

    • Candidate stage badges are now visible on job detail cards in the hiring manager portal

    • Contact buttons are now shown on the Person Flyout, in addition to Kanban cards

  • Full-Text Search Across Activity Notes

    • You can now search across all activity notes and Note Taker transcripts from within the People grid — surfacing context that was previously only visible inside individual records.

    • Note: This feature is being rolled out per customer. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request it for your account.


Product Updates

Recruiting & Pipeline

  • Activities are now automatically created when an optional outreach task is marked complete, keeping your history accurate without extra steps

  • The Create Deal modal now correctly opens with the right default pipeline pre-selected

  • Filter facet counts for OR options now update correctly after a filter is applied

  • The manual sort order on the funnel page is now respected when the page first loads

  • Permissions for blocking candidates and companies are now available, including control over who can add blocked candidates to jobs

  • Workflow stage counts are now capped for multi-tenant users to maintain performance

📬 Cadences

  • Cadences with more than 2,000 links now enforce a limit on adding new stages and activations, preventing performance issues

  • The Cadence editor now paginates large link lists, making it easier to manage high-volume cadences

✉️ Email & Outreach

  • Today's date is now pre-selected by default in the email and outreach delay picker, reducing clicks for the most common scheduling scenario

  • The Outlook add-in no longer triggers email syncing when clicking 'Send Anyway,' preventing duplicate records

📞 Dialpad

  • Phone numbers can now be pasted directly into the dialpad with automatic formatting and cleanup

💼 Jobs & Job Create

  • Multiple rounds of quality-of-life improvements have been made to the job create modal, including spacing fixes and form flow refinements

  • Sending an invite to a job contact now automatically creates the correct access permissions for that contact

📝 Intake Forms

  • Intake form descriptions no longer render twice when a form is opened

👥 People & Contacts

  • Work experiences without dates (sourced from Loxo Source) are now preserved correctly on import

  • Contact enrichment now completes before a GDB person record is promoted, ensuring data accuracy

⚙️ Settings & Administration

  • Non-admin users with the manage_tags permission can now access the Settings Tags page correctly

  • An option to skip email two-factor authentication can now be configured per user in admin

  • Duplicate detection now correctly checks for duplicates after a name change is saved

📊 Reporting & Analytics

  • Bar chart columns and segments are now capped to prevent performance issues with very large result sets

  • Activity type order in the activity selector now reflects the correct default sequence

🌐 Careers Pages

  • Job location now displays the full city, state, and country on public careers pages

  • State name formatting for Singapore locations has been corrected

🔗 Integrations

  • Placements now sync to the timesheet portal via a reliable background task, resolving previous sync gaps

  • Xero placement mappings have been corrected to call the right methods, resolving integration errors

  • Volcanic XML feed configuration is now available for customers using that integration

  • Webhook delivery now runs with higher concurrency, improving reliability for high-volume accounts
