The Shortlist Agent

Evaluate candidate pools faster with clear reasoning, automatically with the Shortlist Agent.

To streamline candidate selection, evaluate your pool using seven consistent dimensions: Skills Depth, Career Trajectory, Organizational Alignment, Compensation Alignment, Availability, Comparative Positioning and Risk. Instead of relying on basic keyword matching or manual resume reviews, apply a standardized scoring process that ranks candidates objectively. This automates repetitive comparative analysis, creating a repeatable, transparent baseline across every search.

Each ranking includes a plain-language explanation detailing the exact evidence behind the placement. This eliminates black-box decisions, giving you transparent rationale to share with hiring managers or clients. The process supports - rather than replaces -recruiter judgment: you retain full control to adjust rankings and decide who moves forward, shifting your time from manual screening to relationship building.

Q. What about bias and compliance?
A. The Shortlist Agent was designed with transparency in mind. Every recommendation can be reviewed, explained and questioned. Supporting documentation is available for legal and security reviews. This approach was built into the product from the beginning, not added later.

Q. Can I change or override the recommendations?
A. Yes, your search criteria shape the evaluation, and recruiters can always review and adjust the shortlist. The Shortlist Agent recommends candidates. The recruiter makes the final decision.

Q. Does the shortlist agent take into consideration people who have applied?

A. Currently, the shortlist is only available if you leverage the Longlist agent as well. With that being said, only people sourced through the Longlist agent will be included in your Shortlist Agent results.
