All People have a Global Status associated to their profile. This status allows you to segment groups of contacts into categories that help manage your workflow; Do Not Contact, Hired, Bad Data, Nurture, etc.
To update someone's Global Status, use the orange drop icon on their flyover page.
When your people are segmented you can access these groups by selecting the status tile.
From here, you can quickly send a bulk email, update, or schedule tasks for the people the corresponding status.
