Being able to customize the order and types of columns allows your team to be more productive because you're not wasting time looking for the data you need. 

Only an Admin can customize the grids for your team. All users will see the same customizations when they log in. 

1. Access the Customize options

2. Add, Remove, Move or Hide columns
*The higher a column is on the list, the easier it is to access on the grid view
