If you ever find something in Loxo isn't working the way it's supposed to, the best thing to do is take a screenshot of the Inspector page and email it to support@loxo.co

This is basically a behind the scenes look at what's going on in the backend system, and allows our engineers to quickly diagnose and solve the problem.

In order to capture the portion of the Inspector page we need, please follow the steps below. 

  1. Right click* on the page you're experiencing the issue and select "Inspect".
  2. Then select the "Console" tab in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Take a screenshot of your entire browser including the browser URL & the information under the Console tab.

Here is an example: 

*If you're on a Mac, you can right click by holding down the Control (or Ctrl) key while at the same time clicking on the trackpad.
