If you find yourself getting stuck on the Loxo Chrome extension step during the sign-up process, please follow these troubleshooting steps below.

First, if you've already installed the Loxo Chrome extension, but you're still unable to continue to the next step, try uninstalling the extension.

How to uninstall an extension:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the 3 vertical dots > More tools > Extensions.
  3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
  4. Confirm by clicking Remove.

After you've uninstalled the extension you'll need to restart your browser, then login to Loxo again. 

From there, continue through the sign-up process, and reinstall the Loxo Chrome extension when prompted to do so. 

After that you should be fully set up with your new account 🎉
