In Loxo, you can generate your own white-labeled resumes to present a curated overview of your candidates, sharing only the information you've specifically opted to include. You can also add your agency's name and logo to clearly stamp the resume before sharing it with clients or other stakeholders.
Create a Custom Branded Resume
In order for your logo to be used in your branded resumes, an admin from your team will need to upload the agency logo for the account. Once your team's account has an agency logo added, branded resumes will include that logo.
Admins can find instructions to add a logo to their Loxo account in the Customize Your Careers Page article in our Help Center. Or you can go to Settings > General to review your general agency preferences.
Follow the instructions below to create a branded resume in Loxo.
Open the person's profile that you're looking to use to create a branded resume.
Click on the little page icon to the right of their initials/profile picture. If you hover over this icon, you'll see it's the "Branded Resume."
This will open up the Candidate Packet modal. Click "Options" in the upper right to customize which of the candidate fields will be available on the branded resume.
You can choose to include your agency name and logo.
You can choose to hide personally identifiable information (like the candidate's name or photo) or their contact information (any phone number or email address you have on their profile) by deselecting the checkboxes for those fields. Hiding these fields helps to create a blind resume.
You can also automatically anonymize the profile with one click of this button, found in the upper left corner:
This will change their name and picture, if applicable, to just their initials, without having to uncheck the boxes for each candidate field.
3. Click "Preview" to view the newly created branded resume before saving:
4. Click on the printer icon in the upper right corner to save the resume as a PDF to send to your clients!
Congratulations! You have your very own custom resume that you can share with clients.
Share a Branded Resume as a PDF
You can customize resumes for each individual candidate or use the same fields to generate branded resumes for a range of candidates. Once you've created the branded resume, follow the steps below to quickly share it with your clients or team members as a PDF file.
Click the "Branded Resume" option on the candidate's profile to open the Candidate Packet.
Review the resume to make sure it fits your needs, then click the "Print" option in the upper right-hand corner.
This will open a new window where you will select a "Destination."
Choose 'Save as PDF' as the Destination.
Complete the prompts to download, name, and save the document.
You can share the PDF version of the branded resume just like you would any other PDF document.
You can even reload the PDF of the branded resume into the Resume tab of the profile in Loxo, making it available through the Portal as well.
