Before resetting your password, make sure you have entered your email correctly in the login screen.

If you're currently logged into Loxo, you will first need to sign out of the current session.

If you go to the above link and are re-directed to your Loxo account, your password may be cached. Sometimes this happens because your browser settings are cached with your Loxo account. A work around is to right click on this link: and select open in New Incognito Window and you should be able to access the link. 

Alternatively, you can clear your Chrome Cache
