How does your matching work?

We use a combination of state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning, proprietary data, and custom algorithms. We don't buy the matching technology from anyone. It is all proprietary. The more you use Loxo's AI, the better your results will become as the algorithm evolves alongside you based on the information and activities in your database.

How does our AI compare to other sourcing tools on the market?

Many sourcing tools on the market claim they have artificial intelligence; however, the results are either extremely inconsistent, or they admit that they use search string queries behind the scenes, which is just showing data that has been pre-filtered by keywords and location. Since it is not real machine learning, there is no way that those systems can learn and improve over time to deliver more accurate results, whereas Loxo's algorithm is constantly learning and evolving towards your personal preferences to grow smarter for your own company and recruiters. As a Loxo customer, you can be confident that you have the most intelligent and advanced technology in the world to help keep you way ahead of your competitors.

Does Loxo's AI work internationally?

At this time, the majority of Loxo AI's features are available internationally. However, newer features will be released in different regions and user segments at different times. Please reference our communications and release notifications frequently for updates.


Questions About Using Our AI

I already submitted my Job, so how do I make changes?

Remember, since Loxo's AI returns results immediately, it's crucial to set up the job with all of the necessary information at the start. Any details you add after the job is first created will not be used to fuel Loxo AI's results.

If you need to make changes to your job and you want to maximize the impact of AI suggestions, we recommend creating a new Job Pipeline and moving any relevant candidates from the original project into the new job.

What data or which fields does Loxo AI use to suggest candidates?

Loxo AI suggests candidates based on the details you add for each job. The AI suggestions for one job may differ drastically from those in another job because it takes the inputs for each job independently. The fields listed below are the most important data points for Loxo AI to make strong candidate matches for your jobs:

  • Job Title

  • Hiring Company

  • Job Description

  • Educational Institutions

  • Experience Level

Along with those listed fields, adding social media and networking URLs helps our AI with suggestions while also enriching the data with up-to-date information.

How do you get the data in Loxo Source?

This is our proprietary database of people. We have an entire team focused on continuously improving data sourced from open public sources (social networks*, professional sites and rich profile data). It is all publicly available data.
