Schedule Send for Emails

Schedule emails to go out in advance, on a specific day or time

If you are engaging people outside of Outreach Campaigns, you can still use Loxo to help manage your communication. Loxo's Schedule Send option can help you stay on top of your follow-ups, interview preparations, a good luck message for the first day of an assignment, birthdays, and more!

Follow the steps below to schedule an email for a future send time.

  1. Open the email editor to begin composing your message.

  2. When you are finished editing your message, click on the Schedule Send button. This is the little clock icon to the right of the regular "Send" button.

  3. Choose when you would like your email to be sent from the preset options (tomorrow morning, tomorrow afternoon, or Monday morning), or pick a specific date and time for your message to be sent.

  4. Click Send

  5. Once the email is scheduled to send, you can find the pending draft in your account's Email Log to confirm the date & time. To access your Email Log, click the three dots at the bottom of the navigation bar and select "Email" under "Logs."

  6. If you need to cancel a scheduled email, hit the red X found in the "Status" column of the Email Log to cancel the message.

Once an email has been scheduled to send, it cannot be rescheduled or edited. You can navigate to the Email Log to cancel the message that should no longer go out as scheduled, and reschedule it for the correct time following the steps above.
