Customize Candidate Cards

Choose what shows on the Candidate Cards across your team

Loxo gives you numerous opportunities to customize what information you see and how you view it. One of the quick-view options for reviewing people is Candidate Cards, as shown below. You can choose up to five fields to show in a bulleted format on Candidate Cards.

Select What Shows on Candidate Cards

You can customize the information that shows on a Candidate Card, choosing up to five bulleted fields to display for quick reference. Read below to update or change which fields are included in your Candidate Cards.

Note: You must have admin access in Loxo to customize Candidate Cards.

The fields displayed in Candidate Cards are universal across your whole team and all jobs. You cannot display some fields in one job and other fields for a different job, so keep in mind that the selections you make for Candidate Cards in one Job Pipeline will apply to all Candidate Cards in all other jobs.

To customize the information displayed on your Candidate Cards:

  1. Navigate to the main Jobs page.

  2. Open any Job Pipeline.

  3. Click the three-dot icon in the top right corner to access the job's menu.

  4. Select 'Customize Cards' from the menu.

  5. You will see the fields that are currently displayed on Candidate Cards. If there are 5 fields selected already, you will have to remove one of the fields to add a different field.

  6. When there are fewer than 5 fields selected, you will see a list of the fields that you can add to Candidate Cards. Use the blue plus icons to add fields or the red minus icons to remove fields from your Candidate Cards.

  7. Click Save once you have selected the fields you want displayed on Candidate Cards.
