Please take the following steps to clear your cache:
- Go to your Chrome Settings.
- Under the Privacy heading, click on the Clear browsing data button.
- Choose from "the beginning of time" from the top dropdown.
- Make sure "Browsing history..." and "Cookies" are selected.
- Click on the Clear browsing data button.
- Go to your Loxo app and refresh your screen.
