Please take the following steps to clear your cache:

  1. Go to your Chrome Settings.

  2. Under the Privacy heading, click on the Clear browsing data button.

  3. Choose from "the beginning of time" from the top dropdown.

  4. Make sure "Browsing history..." and "Cookies" are selected.

  5. Click on the Clear browsing data button.

  6. Go to your Loxo app and refresh your screen.
