All calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and video calls are centralized within a simple interface on RingOver, and the integration with Loxo delivers the most connected communication experience on the market.

Enable the RingOver Integration for Loxo
To make the connection between Loxo and RingOver, you will start by logging in to your RingOver account. You will manage many of the features and functionality of your calling directly in your RingOver dashboard, and Loxo will make the connection to synchronize activity and call history within your Loxo account.
Follow the instructions below to link your RingOver account to Loxo.
Log in to your RingOver Dashboard, find the Cloud Dashboard, and select Integrations.
Search for Loxo using the search bar at the top and click 'Activate.'
Connect with the team at Loxo Support to confirm the details for your Loxo account as you link RingOver and Loxo.
"Agency" will be your Agency SLUG.
This is provided by Loxo Support (support@loxo.co).
"API Key" will be a unique bearer token retrieved from your Loxo account.
To retrieve a bearer token, an account admin can head to Settings > API Keys and generate a new bearer token by clicking the blue "+Add" button in the upper right corner.
"Agency ID" will be your unique numeric identifier in the URL of your Loxo account
e.g. https://loxo.co/agencies/XXXXX/people
Click Activate once you have the details above.
Click Configure to manage the settings of your integration.
A list of settings will open and you will configure the details of your account.
Click 'Manage Users' to ensure all of your team has been added to the integration.
Add each user from your Loxo account.
Search the name in your RingOver account.
Ensure the email address reflects the same email address that they use for their Loxo log in.
Toggle the switch to 'ON.' It will show blue when a user is enabled.
Click Confirm.
Choose the way that activities will be created in Loxo. Default settings are listed below and can be customized in the box on the right.
Incoming Call will log as Incoming Phone Call
Outgoing Call will log as Outgoing Phone Call
Incoming SMS will log as Received SMS
Outgoing SMS will log as Sent SMS
WhatsApp Conversation will log as WhatsApp Conversation
Choose whether you want to synchronize your contacts between Loxo and RingOver. This means that you can sync the contacts, their history, and updates from Loxo to RingOver so that you see the most up to date info when working in RingOver.
We recommend to enable the 'Display Contact information during call.'
Once these details have been completed, you will be all set to begin making calls from your Loxo account.
NOTE: Our current understanding is that RingOver cannot be setup as the default calling app for Mac devices natively. However, RingOver's browser extensions for Safari/Chrome/Firefox should be a suitable workaround.
