1. Find the candidate you want to track hours for in the column view of the job you would like to track hours for. 

  2. Click the blue icon on the candidate's card.

  3. Select Timesheet for Candidate.

4. Click Add Another Entry at the top of the screen. Begin logging hours. 

5. To have these entires approved by the hiring manager, open up the Timesheet for Hiring Manager, then send that link to the applicable hiring manager. The hiring manager will then be able to approve or disprove entires on the timesheet. 

6. You will receive an email notification once the hiring manager has approved it.
