EEOC Compliance Tracking

Easily track and manage candidate EEOC data in Loxo

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is a regulatory agency of the U.S. government that includes certain conditions for hiring to promote fair practices. Loxo is designed to give you the tools to help you manage EEOC within your hiring workflow. Admins can enable Loxo EEOC Compliance Tracking so that candidates' EEOC responses will be stored in Loxo for easy export and review once they've applied for jobs via your Loxo Careers page.

This article explains the EEOC tools in Loxo and how to enable them for your team.

Note: You must be an Admin for your team to enable the EEOC feature.
