Set the Time Zone for Your Organization

Admins can easily configure the correct time zone for your organization

Having the correct time zone configured for your account helps maintain accuracy when scheduling and sending emails, as well as using our Operating Hours option.

Important Note: Only Account Admins can adjust time zones.

To set your organization's time zone:

  1. Go to Settings by clicking your profile photo/initials at the lower left-hand corner of Loxo.

  2. Scroll down and click General.

  3. Scroll down to Timezone and select the correct time zone for your organization.

The time zone settings will affect the scheduled send of emails and Outreach Campaigns' Hours of Operation. When sending manual emails and scheduling meetings or interviews, the time zone will reflect the settings on your browser/device. Reporting data will be shown using the time zone/default language settings of your browser.
