Questions About Your Loxo Subscription

Answer common questions about your contract or Loxo Subscription

Loxo offers customers multiple ways to customize their experience and add value to propel their business. Whether you are new to Loxo or a long-time customer, this article explains the renewal process, along with answers to frequently asked questions about Loxo subscription plans.

Renewal information is available on your Order Form or in your Billing page. Please remember, while AI and AI Bots can help you find information about your account, renewal discussions will be managed by our team; automated responses do not constitute a subscription agreement.

Understanding Contract Renewals

Annual Agreements

All contracts are set to automatically renew for the same term, unless otherwise specified in your agreement. A designated POC in your account should hear from a member of our renewals team each renewal period with a renewal notice and other general updates. The renewals team typically begins contacting accounts for renewal around 60-45 days out from the end of their current subscription term, but you are welcome to contact support@loxo.co as your renewal approaches if you're looking for information or options.

Note: If you don't hear from anyone, that means there are no relevant updates to your plan, so it is renewing for another term with no changes in line with your current contract.

Adjusting Your Annual Plan

If you are looking to change any of the terms of your contract, including changing the user minimum, you can do so at each renewal period. The dates on your contract outline the contractual term, and we require at least 30 days' notice to request changes prior to renewal to ensure you are properly renewed to the adjusted plan you need. This will require a discussion with our renewals team and a new contract.

Month-to-Month Plans

If you signed up online for a month-to-month plan, these plans automatically renew each month on the date you initially signed up, until you provide a 30-day notice of termination. To terminate your month-to-month plan, contact support@loxo.co with your written 30-day notice. The account will have one more billing cycle and then close at the end of that final billing cycle. Continued use of the platform beyond the renewal period will signify acceptance of the renewed contract and its terms.

Adjusting Your Month-to-Month Plan

If you are interested in changing your current plan to one of the other plan options available at your next billing cycle, contact support@loxo.co to request information on how to switch plans. Please note we require a 30-day notice of account adjustments for your month-to-month plan, so we encourage you to prepare for those changes by reaching out in advance.

Subscription Terms

  • Duration: The length of your subscription is detailed in your Order Form.

  • Automatic Renewal: Unless stated otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term.

  • Notice for Changes: To stop the renewal or request term changes like plan tier, term length, user minimum, etc., either party must give a written notice (email is acceptable) at least 30 days before the renewal date as outlined in your agreement. This includes canceling your subscription to avoid auto-renewal. Failure to adhere to this notice period will result in automatic renewal and billing as per your existing agreement.

  • Promotional Pricing and Features: If you have a promotional or special price or features, your account will revert to our current list price and feature availability upon renewal unless specified otherwise.

  • Renewal Pricing: Renewal rates are determined during the renewal term and may vary based on factors such as user count and subscription length. Plans are designed to offer value while providing access to all standard features.

All plan options are available to review on our website. The pricing shown is promotional first-year pricing for new customers only.

We are so excited to continue serving you and your business.

Common Questions About Billing

Can I set up billing to run at different times for different team members?

Loxo accounts are designed to keep your team operating all from the same space smoothly, and this includes payments. There is one billing frequency per account, so the plan that you choose for your team will be the same payment rate and frequency for all of your team members.

I paid upfront for a year's subscription. Can I add a team member to be billed on a monthly basis?

Loxo accounts operate on one billing plan per account. If you have chosen to pay annually, then that same billing cycle will apply to all team members. Any new team members added to your account will be charged in a prorated amount based on the date they were added and the timing in your billing cycle.

Is VAT included in Loxo subscription fees?

Because Loxo is a US-based company, Loxo does not charge VAT. If VAT applies to your business, please note that it is outside of Loxo fees and would be up to your business to evaluate and process.

Do I need to let you know that I want to renew my account?

We want to make sure that you have your data at the ready, when you're ready. To ensure that you can run your business smoothly and effectively, Loxo subscriptions automatically renew, and you do not need to proactively let us know that you would like to retain the account upon renewal. We love to hear from customers - so if you want to share what you're loving about your subscription, we're always here to listen.

I'd like to take the summer off. Can I put my subscription on hold?

Details about your subscription length can be found on your Order Form.

Can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription and avoid auto-renewal, you must provide a written 30-day notice before your renewal date. Continued use of Loxo's platform after the renewal date will be taken as acceptance of the renewed contract and its terms. If you wish to adjust your plan, our renewal team is available to assist in exploring options or making changes during this period, ensuring your setup aligns with your business needs.
