Loxo's Target Companies allows you to apply an initial search that will target current or former employees of a specific company, saving you time from adding multiple parameters or searching through a nearly limitless list of Candidates.

Target Companies are applied to each job specifically, so you can choose different Target Companies for each job independently. You can add Target Companies as you create a new job to help you source from the beginning. You can also add Target Companies to a job that has already been created or make adjustments to the Target Companies that were previously linked to a job.

If you are creating a new job, you can apply Target Companies from the beginning. Follow the instructions below to add Target Companies to a job during the initial setup.

1. When creating a New Job, you will have the option to add Target Companies in the Setup window:

2. When you enable Target Companies, you will be prompted to type in the name of the company:

3. Once applied, the current and former employees of the set Target Companies will be shown in your search results.

Target Companies can be adjusted at any time. If you would like to add Target Companies to a Job that already exists, please follow the steps below. Similarly, if you are trying to make adjustments to Target Companies that are already linked to a Job, the following instructions will help you access those Target Companies so that you can make any desired changes.

1. To add Target Companies to pre-existing Jobs, click on "Manage" in the upper right corner of your Job:

2. From there, scroll down to the "Customize Workflow" section where you can enable Target Companies:

3. Next, you will be prompted to type in the name of the Company:

4. Select "Save" to update your Job's Target Companies and automatically adjust your search results.

5. If you already have Target Companies applied, you will see the option to "Manage" the companies. Here, you can add additional companies or remove those you added previously.
