Loxo's Signup & Login Features

Learn about the options available to signup for a Loxo account or login as an existing user.

There are three ways to sign up and sign in to Loxo. In addition to the routine username & password combination, we have partnered with Google and Microsoft to streamline the onboarding process for users and enhance security, making logging in faster for both new and returning users.

Password + 2FA

Everyone is familiar with entering a username & password to login to a software app. Loxo also requires 2-Factor-Authentication via email for added security.

  1. Verify your phone number to finish setting up your account.

Note: A phone number can only be used once to create an account. The number must be a valid number that can receive SMS. Signing up with Google or Microsoft instead does not require phone verification.

Loxo requires email verification for all username & password logins.

  1. Visit app.loxo.co/login and enter your email address & password.

  2. Enter the verification code sent to your email.

If you do not receive the code, use the troubleshooting tips below.

    • Check your Spam or Junk folders to ensure the message hasn't been misrouted.

    • Verification codes come from the same place as other Loxo notifications (email read receipts, form submissions, application notifications, etc). If you have an email rule or filter that handles your Loxo notifications, the verification code might have been caught by those.

    • Set up an email rule or filter in your email client (e.g., Outlook or Gmail) to route emails with "Verify your email address" in the subject line directly to your inbox.

Continue with Google or Microsoft

You can use your existing Google or Microsoft accounts to make identity verification faster. New customers also enjoy an instantly synced email address upon signup.

  1. Use the "Continue with ..." button for your respective provider.

  2. Sign in to your Google or Microsoft account using your regular email account credentials.

If you already have an account with us, you have the option to use your Google or Microsoft account to login instead of entering your password. Existing passwords still work, though, leaving your sign-in method flexible.

Google single sign-on does not ask for a verification code. Microsoft single sign-on uses an email verification code to pair your identity, which lasts roughly three months, so you are not asked for a code at every login.

Enterprise SSO via Okta or SAML

Accounts with special IT Security measures in place such as Okta or other SSO methods are specifically prevented from using a password and must use their approved 3rd party login method. This is an Enterprise option, not included for every account, but may be available upon request. SCIM user provisioning is also available upon request.
