Frequently Asked Questions

Which plans have this feature?

This feature is only available on accounts that have access to Loxo Source, usually the Professional Plan.

When I add a contact through Loxo Source, how will they be labeled in my database?

People added to your database through this method will follow the convention as other places in the app, namely the Person Type marked as "default" under Settings > Roles > Person. Loxo accounts come with "Candidate" as the default person type, but your account may have customized that differently.

I see a Company in my database that I didn't source. Where did it come from?

Whenever a Contact (Loxo’s default term, though your account may have customized that differently) is added to your Loxo database, Loxo automatically adds their current company to your Companies page. You may have configured the "Contact" type as the default in Person Roles.
