Use Global Status to organize your database

One of the best ways to customize your data and to help filter your People and Company data is to add in custom drop-downs for your Global Statuses

Admins can customize their agency's drop-down options under Settings. 

  1. Click on your initials icon in the bottom left corner

  2. Click on Settings from the pop-up side bar

  3. On the left-hand side click on Customize

  4. Scroll to the section for Person Global Statuses or Company Global Statuses. Add any new ones, delete old statuses, or rename old statuses.  

Make sure to save each one and then you are done and ready to use your new customized statuses in your Loxo account.
