You know that feeling when you can't wait to reach out to a person, you craft a clever intro and are about to let it fly - only to realize that you don't have their email address? Loxo can help you with that. Loxo Credits were built to help you whether you need one person's email or you want to fill in the gaps of missing information across a whole stage of candidates.
Loxo Credits are a premium tool that finds direct personal and professional contact information for candidates from publicly available sites as well as unlocking other AI features within Loxo. Loxo Credits are provided based on your contract terms and are distributed on a monthly basis.
Note: Any remaining monthly balance does not roll over into the next month, so make sure you use your credits accordingly! Credits renew on your specific monthly billing date, which varies by account configuration and can be found at the top of your Settings page or under Settings> Billing.
If you are looking for information on how to find records that have contact information, you can use Boolean to search to return profiles with that information, such as
_exists_:phones
or
_exists_:emails
On the other hand, if you want to see who you have in your database who are lacking information, you can do a Boolean search for that as well, such as
not _exists_:phones
or
not _exists_:emails
Additionally, if you are looking specifically for personal emails or work emails, you can run a Boolean for this as well. Examples are:
email_type_ids:<number>
or
phone_type_ids:<number>
You can find the <number> by setting a given filter on the people page (e.g., filter by Email Type = Personal) and then going to the URL to find the ID number.
Fetching Contact Information in Bulk or Automatically within a Job
You can complete a bulk fetching of contact information for people in a Job Stage, or simplify your process with the 'auto-fetch contact info' feature.
For a one-time bulk fetching:
Go to the Job Pipeline and select the Job Stage for which you want to retrieve people's contact information.
Click on the three dots at the top right of that stage.
Select "Fetch contact for this stage" from the menu.
Choose which type of contact information you would prefer to fetch. Note that this action will cost Loxo Credits for each individual within the stage, depending on what contact information is fetched and provided.
If you wish to automatically fetch contact information on a Job Stage:
Go to the Job Pipeline and select the Job Stage for which you want to retrieve people's contact information. We suggest using the Shortlist (or the equivalent stage in your workflow) so you are only using Loxo Credits on the list of people that you actually want to engage with.
Select the three-dot menu on that specific stage and select 'Stage Automations' from the menu.
Toggle on 'Automate contact info fetching' for the type of contact information you prefer. This will use Loxo Credits per candidate, per contact info type for whom Loxo AI™ successfully finds data.
Find Individual Contact Information
To use Loxo Credits for a specific profile that does not already have contact information, go to the person's profile.
Click on the "Fetch" icons within the details section of a person's profile:

Click on "Fetch Contacts" icon at the top of their profile:
Choose whether you wish to fetch a personal email, work email or personal phone number.
*If the person already has any form of contact information, you can still "fetch" additional info. Just click on the envelope or phone icon and select the contact information type you want to reveal.
4. You will get a success notification if Loxo has retrieved contact information.
5. The new contact information will automatically show up on the person's profile.
Additionally, contact information can be fetched within the job views by clicking "Fetch Contacts" -

How to Flag Bad Data
Data is a commodity in itself, and the Loxo Team is constantly trying to enrich profiles with accurate contact information. If you find bad data from Loxo, you can report bad data at any time. This will not only remove the data from the profile, keeping your database clean, but it will also alert our internal teams for further review.
You can report bad data anytime you request contact information using Loxo Credits. From the People Grid, Person Flyover, or the Candidate Card view, click on the phone or envelope icon to see the info. If the phone number or email address was fetched using Loxo's Contact Finding Agent, there will be a Black Flag icon available that you can click to report the data.
Note: The flag icon will only appear next to email or phone contact information that was found by Loxo. You will not see an option to flag data that was entered manually or brought in through another source.
You will be asked to provide additional information about why the data was bad and indicate what went wrong, such as an email bounced, it was an outdated number, invalid information, etc.
After you flag the bad data, the phone number or email will be deleted from the profile.
More Loxo Credits
If you come to a month where you are busier than usual, we get it - you might need more credits! Within the app, you have the opportunity to purchase bundles of credits based on your current needs. If you run out of credits, follow the steps below to order more!
If you've used all of your credits before the end of your current billing cycle, once you attempt to fetch additional contact information, a pop-up will appear allowing you to add additional credits.
Additionally, if you do not want to wait until you run out of credits, you have access to your credit plan at the very top of your Settings page, or by navigating to Settings > Loxo Credits at the very bottom of the Settings page. There you can purchase more as well.
Select the amount of Loxo Credits you need with the sliding scale*. A bulk discount is automatically applied as you raise your credit amount.
*The maximum number of Loxo Credits available for purchase is 5,000. Should you require additional credits after the initial 5,000, the same process will apply once you have utilized all of your credits.
Select Continue.
You will be automatically billed to the card on file in Loxo*.
*If you do not have a card on file, you will be prompted to add your billing details for this one-time purchase. Do note, only credit or debit cards are accepted.
These additional credits will be added to your subscription on a monthly recurring basis at the cost agreed upon during the initial purchase. It will be on a per user/per month basis*, just like user seats. The credits will expire at the end of the billing cycle when they are refreshed. Any unused credits will not roll over, just as with the typical monthly credit allotments.
*At this time, if you wish to cancel the additional monthly recurring credit plan, please reach out to Loxo Support for assistance. Canceling an additional recurring credit plan does not interfere with the credits that are included with your regular subscription.
