All of the profiles that you add to your database, whether these are your contacts and clients or your candidates, can be found on your People Page. By default, the People Page will list your records in order based on the most recent activity, but you can utilize built-in and custom fields to pull up specific records. Here, you'll also be able to access your Lists and filter records by their Global Status.
If you opted to migrate data from your previous platform, the people from your existing database will populate in the People Page. You can search the people in your database using the same filters and logic as Loxo Source™.
View Your Database
When you create new profiles or migrate data over from a previous system, your candidate and contact profiles will be available on the People Page in Loxo. Follow the instructions below to view your database.
To open the People Page, look to your navigation bar on the left. Click on the People icon, which is typically located toward the top of the menu:
You can choose to view your People Page in either a List view or a Card view.
Select 'My Activity' in the upper right corner to view only your contacts and candidates (people whose profile you have interacted with at some time, not necessary you as the owner). Select 'All Activity' to see contacts and candidates across the entire database.

If you are not seeing all of the profiles that you expect to see on your People Page, you may have it set to the "My Activity" view, or you could have another filter applied. You can click your People icon on the left to reload your People Page without any filters. Also, make sure you have the "All Activity" option selected (located to the right of the search bar) if you need to see all profiles.
Search Your Database
Whether you choose to search via the Card view or the List view, the People Page has a Boolean-enabled search bar. You can also use various filters on the People Page to search using specific criteria. Read below to learn more about performing searches on the People Page.
You can use the search bar at the top on both the List view and the Card view. The search bar is Boolean-enabled, so you can quickly filter the people in your database according to specific criteria.
With the People Page set to the List view, you can click into the column headers on the grid to search by each field.
If it is a text field, this will open a text box so you can type the desired criteria.
The page will return the individuals who match the criteria you've entered. Click the 'x' on the right to clear or remove the search filter.
If the field is configured as a hierarchy/dropdown or a range, select or enter your desired filters.
For Custom Fields, you can use the AND / OR behavior to specify how each filter should be applied to return the results correctly (you can learn more about Custom Fields here).
You can search either view with the "Filter" button to the right of the search bar.
Any field you have in Loxo will be available in the filter menu, including titles, companies, and even email or phone types!
A field must be enabled to "Show in Grid?" within your Custom Grid to use it as a filter - to check your Custom Grid, click the gear icon at the top right of the page.
The "Jobs" filter will only show your jobs set to your "default" job type - which is "Active" in the Loxo out of the box - but may have been changed within the account.

Add a Person from Your Database to a Job, Campaign, List or Call Queue
Once you have found the person or people you were searching for on your People Page, you can add them directly to a Job Pipeline from either the List view or the Card view. You can add each person to a job individually, or you can select and move multiple people at a time. The same functionality works to add people to Lists and Outreach Campaigns directly from the People Page as well.
Follow the instructions below to add a person - or multiple people - to a Job Pipeline.
Select the person (or people) that you would like to add to a job by clicking the checkbox for their profile(s). From the List view, this is revealed when hovering over their profile picture/initials on the left.
From the Card view, the checkbox will be shown in the top right corner of each card, similar to the view in Loxo Source.
Pro Tip: You can select all of the people on a given page, or even all of the records in your entire database.
From the Card view, there will be a 'Select All' option located at the top of your Candidate Cards. This will select the first page of people, but you'll have an option to 'Select All XXXX' as well.
From the List view, you'll check the box listed at the very top of your list of profiles. This will select all of the profiles on the first page, but you will see the option to 'Select XXXX people on all pages' as well.
Once you have selected the person (or people) whom you want to add to a job, campaign, list or click the "+Add to..." button in the top right corner.
Select any of your preferred actions. "Add to job," "Add to campaign" and "Add to List" will prompt you to select one or more active jobs, campaigns or lists.
The person (or people) will then be added to your selected job(s). By default, the person will be added to the Longlist Stage of the Job Pipeline(s), but account admins can modify the Workflow Setup so that the "Added to Job" Progression Trigger is mapped to another Job Stage if desired.
