Any user who has access to a Goal in Loxo can also see the Leaderboard Report associated with it. Your reports can be curated together, with the same data used as the source of truth for all, to give you better visibility into how the team is performing toward a goal, who is contributing most highly, etc.
You can use the full-size sharing option to drive friendly competition among team members by sharing stats according to whatever cadence is appropriate for your team. You can use these Leaderboards to shout out and highlight exceptional performers, giving them the chance to shine and teach the rest of your team something new.
