In addition to the customized reports that you can build, Loxo provides several baseline reports to give you a head start on tracking your teams' targets and achievements. Loxo Reports provide a visual overview that can be displayed in bar graphs, line graphs, pie charts, or a numeric count format, as well as Detailed and Summary views to help you quantify and analyze your data.
This article focuses on reports that help track revenue. Revenue Reports can be configured and filtered using the built-in revenue fields, as well as custom fields that have been added for your team.
View Default Reports
Default Reports can be found in the Reporting Dashboard by following the steps below:
To access Reports in Loxo, you'll use the main navigation bar. Click on the bar chart icon to access Reports
This will take you to your Default Dashboard. You can click the dashboard name in the upper left corner to view additional Reporting Dashboards.
βTo view additional reports, choose the list icon in the top left corner.
Use the search bar to quickly find a specific report or see what is already available with keywords.
βAlternatively, you can select between the Reports and Goals tabs at the top and scroll through a list of all available Reports/Goals.

Revenue Reports for Team Performance

Deal Sales by Date
The Deal Sales by Date report shows you Deals that have been created within the Deals CRM, based on the date they were created.
You can add additional filters to break down the data, such as by Pipeline or by Status.
The Deal Sales by Date report is a great way to monitor new sales deals that are coming into the Deals CRM or track metrics within a specific timeframe.
Placements by Date
The Placements by Date report allows you to see the number of Placements, by Owner, within a given time period.
You can build the report using the number of Placements or based on the Total Placements Value.
Customize the data and the way it's broken down by adjusting the filters at the top of the report or by changing the grouping/segmenting settings directly on the chart.
Set the Segment by setting to 'None' to view full team metrics.
You can group by the following metrics and adjust to a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly cadence.

Candidate Owner
Placed by
Candidate Status
Contract Revenue
The Contract Revenue report tracks the value of your contracts/placements for individuals and the team over a specific period of time.
It will default to a bar graph highlighting the total value of contracts placed daily in the current month.
You can adjust the cadence to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly and use additional filters to adjust your view.
The Contract Revenue report is a great tool to track team and individual KPIs based on value brought to the company.
Full Time Revenue
The Full Time Revenue report shows the amount of full-time revenue that you brought in this month.
You can easily modify this report to show daily performance or include a larger date range.
You can filter using any of your Custom Job Fields.
Contract to Hire Revenue
The Contract to Hire Revenue report displays the amount of contract revenue that you brought in this month.
You can easily modify this report to include a larger date range or include a filter with any of your Custom Job Fields.

Deal Sales by Owner
Deal Sales by Owner highlights the total value of Deals owned by specific team members and includes Deals in all stages.
The default displays a bar graph showing each team member, each Deal tied to that team member, and the value of the Deals.
Deal Sales by Owner auto-populates data for the current month, but you can modify your date range or add additional filters to customize your view.
Deal Sales by Owner is a quick and effective way to track KPIs on a team member level.
Placements by Owner
The Placements by Owner report shows the number of Placements made by individual job owners over a period of time.
The default view includes the current month, but the date and other aspects are customizable.
Placements by Owner displays team members as well as the number of Placements they have completed.
Placements by Owner is similar to Deal Sales by Owner, but Placements by Owner is specific to completed Placements instead of data from all Deal stages.
Total Revenue Goal
A goal in Loxo is a metric used to track performance toward a target. Goals work within Reports to feed data and measure results.
Total Revenue is a baseline Goal in Loxo that you can use to build reports, create Leaderboards, or gauge individual contributions toward team goals or performance targets.
Total Revenue is set to a yearly target by default, and that can be easily updated.
