Average Time to Fill

  • The Average Time to Fill report shows you the average number of days it takes to fill a position.

  • The average time to fill is calculated by finding the time between the Opened Date and the Filled Date and then determining the average across all of the jobs captured by the report.

    • If a job does not have a Filled Date entered in the Advanced Settings, the date of the first "Hired" event will be used in its place.

  • You can modify the filters to see the average time to fill for specific companies, role types, Jobs, team members, and more.

Stage Conversion

  • The Stage Conversion report provides a helpful overview, using a funnel to show the progress of how candidates are moving through your Job Stages.

  • The Stage Conversion report is designed to show you how many candidates moved from one stage to the next. You can use the following filters to segment this data based on:

    • Logged by

    • Job

    • Activity Type

    • Owner

    • Company

    • Candidate Source

  • Use the filters to set a specific date range or choose between an individual team member's metrics or team-wide data.

  • Hover over the stage in the conversion chart to view more specific details about that stage.

  • The percentages shown in the funnel reflect the number of people that have been in a stage out of the entire pipeline.

    • For example, if your pipeline had 100 people total, and 50 were in the Longlist Stage at one point (i.e., within your given date range), then the percentage shown in the Stage Conversion report for the Longlist Stage would be 50%.

    • Additionally, a candidate can visit multiple stages throughout their journey, so they would count for each of those stages and be reflected in the percentages of the Stage Conversion report.

Stages by Owner

  • The Stages by Owner report is very similar to the Candidates by Stage report. The Stages by Owner report adds a level of filtering to include the Candidate Owner.

  • The Stages by Owner report can show you the candidates who were added to a Job Pipeline within a certain date range and break them down according to what stage they are currently in.

Jobs Added Goal

  • Jobs Added is a goal that presents a target for how many jobs are being opened during a specific timeframe, such as Monthly.

  • The Jobs Added goal is set to help you monitor the total number of jobs that have been added in your date range and show your progress toward that goal.

  • If you are an admin on your account, you can edit and customize Goals for your team.
