Important Note: Only Account Admins can change currency.
You'll interact with "currency" fields in various parts of the Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform, including Jobs, Deals, Placements, and Reports. While some agencies may operate in different currencies depending on the hiring company and location, you'll likely have a main or default currency type that is used most often. To update your agency's default currency:
Go to Settings on the navigation bar.
Locate General under the Workspace Section.
The Default Currency will be listed under your Agency Preferences
If you do not see the desired currency in the dropdown menu, please reach out to Loxo Support to see if we can get that added for you!
The Default Currency selected here will be pre-populated as the currency type throughout your Loxo. You'll be able to modify the currency type as needed if you happen to be working with a Job/Placement or Deal that operates in a currency that is different from your agency's default.
