Change the Default Font for Your Account

Admins can easily configure the desired font for your organization

There are many ways that you can customize your outreach from Loxo, and that includes your font or text style. Most people find the default font to be easy to read; however, if you want to make adjustments or personalize this, you can change the default font for your Loxo account.


Change Your Default Font

You can change the default font at any time. Any font changes made will apply to all users on your Loxo account, and the new default font style will automatically be applied when composing a new email (Outreach Campaign stages and Email Automations included).

Note: You must have admin access to change the default font in your Loxo account.

Follow the instructions below to change the default font style for the account.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Locate the Email settings under Workspace.

  3. Manage the settings in the Email default style section

These changes will apply to the entire team, not on an individual level. Fonts can still be modified as needed in Outreach Campaigns, Email Templates, one-off or multi-recipient emails, etc. Making changes to the default font style will also update Email Templates to use the new style moving forward.


Pixels-based Font

Loxo uses pixels (px), not points (pt). Please use the chart below to get an idea of the appropriate size font you want to use. Note: Microsoft Office uses points (pt)

  • Our line spacing can be very tight, especially as your font size gets larger. If you are operating at 14 px font, we suggest increasing your line spacing along with it.

  • Tip: send a few test emails to make sure your emails appear as you desire.

  • We have built-in fonts, but if you need a particular font, it will need to be installed in your computer's font book for Loxo to access it.


Additional Font Options

In order to match your preferred font, Loxo can accommodate. However, the font must be a Mac supported font. To see a full list of Mac supported fonts, click here.

To add an additional font to your Loxo account, you will need to ensure it is added to your Mac's Font Book or your PC's font options. Below are directions for how to add a font to your operating system, but whichever font is added must be Mac compatible for it to be available within Loxo.
