The Loxo Chrome Extension is continually updated with improvements and enhancements, so you'll get the best functionality when your extension is up to date. Follow these simple steps to update to the latest version of Loxo's Chrome extension. By keeping your extension updated, you ensure seamless integration with Loxo's candidate profile management features.
Note: While Chrome Extensions can be added to other browsers, such as Microsoft Edge or ARC, our Chrome Extension is formatted to work directly on Chrome. The ability for the tool to be supported on other browsers lies in the capabilities and functionalities of those platforms.
Update Your Extension
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of your browser.
Select Extensions > Manage Extensions from the menu.
In the top right corner, toggle on "Developer mode."
Go to the Loxo Extension and click the Update button in the upper left.
If your Loxo Chrome Extension is out of date, this can cause issues like the extension crashing, profiles being unable to load, or information not getting parsed as expected.
Troubleshooting the Extension
If you have updated your Chrome Extension and are still experiencing issues with the tool, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling.
Right click the extension icon and select
Remove from Chrome
To re-download our extension, click on the three dots at the bottom of the navigation bar and select "Loxo Extension." Alternatively, visit the Chrome Web Store directly.
