Loxo Credits

Your Loxo Credits give you more control over how you use credits in Loxo.

Loxo gives control and visibility into how and when you utilize your Loxo Credits to fetch contact information. Loxo Credits allow you to choose which type of contact information you wish to fetch, and the updated Loxo Credits page gives you visibility into how many credits you or your team have used and have remaining.

Using Loxo Credits

When planning for your monthly credit allotment, you will have the opportunity to utilize your Loxo Credits where you best see fit. Credits are deducted for specific actions you take, such as fetching contact information, having our submittal agent draft an executive summary, sourcing candidates utilizing NLS as well as our AI Notetaker. The remaining balance shown on your settings page is derived from the total distributed credits minus those you've used.

Contact Fetching:

When deciding to fetch a person's contact information, you can choose whether you wish to collect personal email, work email or a personal phone number. This gives you flexibility in regards to what contact information is a priority for you. If no email or phone number are returned, you will not be charged a credit. How many credits are used depends on what type of information you fetch. See your Loxo Credits page to explore current usage.

The Submittal Agent:

Utilize Loxo's Candidate Submittal Agent to draft an executive summary. Within this highlight, the agent will summarize the qualities of the candidate, compare their profile to the job description and provide a recommendation to your hiring managers.

AI Notetaker

If you are looking to save yourself admin time, Loxo's AI Notetaker will transcribe and summarize your video call conversations automatically.

Natural Language Search

Simplify your search by writing in plain language. Loxo's Natural Language Search provides an avenue to expertly source candidates without requiring expertise in Boolean.

You are not charged credits for utilizing an NLS query to search for candidates - whether you write the prompt yourself or use Loxo's AI to write your prompt. However, you will expend a specific credit amount for each person you add to your job from Loxo Source if you ran an NLS query - written with AI or on your own.

Loxo's Self-Updating CRM Agent:

Keep your database as up-to-date as possible, automatically, with Loxo's Self-Updating CRM Agent. Each time a profile is automatically updated, you will expend a fraction of a credit.

Please check your Loxo Credits Page for current expenditures and rates of the different Loxo Credits as values are subject to change.

The Loxo Credits Page

The updated Loxo Credits page gives insight into all of the following:

Credit Usage

To better track how many Loxo Credits you or your team has used for the monthly cycle, the Credit Usage section will show how many remaining Loxo Credits your account has for the remainder of the current credit cycle - this does not always align with your billing cycle. A common misunderstanding arises when users confuse the remaining credits displayed in their account with the amount used. The displayed figure represents the credits currently available, rather than those already spent.

Additionally, if you have the need to purchase more recurring Loxo Credits, you have the ability do so here. This purchase will be per user/per month and expire at the end of the billing cycle, just as your regular recurring Loxo Credits. If your team needs a one-time purchase of credits, you will need to buy a recurring credit plan and then reach out to Loxo Support to ensure the plan is cancelled before the next billing date for those credits.

Credit Page and Replenishment

The Loxo Credits page highlights your active Loxo Credit package and any additional Loxo Credits you have purchased or been rewarded with by Loxo. Additionally, it provides a reminder for when your monthly credits will be replenished. Billing cycle timing and credit refresh dates may differ; for example, your billing month might start on the 15th but credits refresh on the 3rd. Checking your settings can clarify these timelines.

Credit Transactions

If you have been wanting more transparency of when, on what and by whom your Loxo Credits have been used, you have wished it into existence! The Credit transactions section will break down the Loxo Credit usage by each team member, over an adjustable timeframe and credit type, so you can better track how your credits are being utilized. Use these logs to identify any discrepancies or unusual patterns in credit usage and resolve potential issues promptly.

Each action will have a value to the far right as to how many credits were expended completing that specific action.

If you complete a bulk fetch of contact information, whether with an automation or manually, you will see the total number of credits expended on that action as one unit. For example, if you "fetch contact for stage" on the job pipeline, and select "personal email" for all 5 candidates in that stage, you will see -5 credits on this page, rather than 5 separate -1 credit usages.

As always, if you have further questions, reach out to support!
