Loxo continues to lead the way on AI automations. Now you can quickly and easily see and access the automations, saving you time across your workflow. Adding these automations to the stage of your choice is just two clicks away:

  1. Select the three dots on the stage of your choice

  2. Click "Stage automations"

When any of these automations are turned on for a stage, you will see the lightning bolt affixed to the stage:

If you'd prefer to organize a specific stage differently from recent activity, you can now set it to sort automatically based on your preference—no extra effort required. Choose from options like alphabetical order, location, or latest reply and enjoy a streamlined, tailored experience!

Prefer sending a single email instead of running a full Outreach Campaign? Our email automations are here to help!

Now, you can effortlessly add or manage email automations directly within a job. Whether it's a "Thank you for applying – Next steps" message tied to your Applied stage or something unique to your process, these automations save time and keep communication seamless.

You can also set up multiple automated emails in a single job stage. Here’s how:

  1. Attach an email automation to the desired stage (e.g., 'Started' - post placement).

  2. Configure multiple email steps within the automation.

  3. Assign a time delay for each email to control when they are sent.


View and Manage Progression Activities

Have you ever wondered which activity notes, also known as Progression Activities, move a candidate to a particular stage?

You now have fewer clicks to see how automations turbocharge your workflow. Progression Activities give you quick and easy control over the activities that move a candidate into the stage where your automations are set.
