Job Tags are color-coded labels that can be used to quickly organize and filter jobs. Loxo users can set up Job Tags to track hot jobs, filter based on which team is working on a job, and organize different types of open roles - just to name a few common use cases. You can even apply multiple Job Tags to one role, depending on how you want to organize jobs across your team.
Note: You must be an account admin to add, delete, or edit existing Job Tags. All users can color-code jobs using the list of Job Tags that have been configured by the account admin(s). Proper tagging is critical for maintaining industry alignment when posting jobs to platforms like CV Library. Tags should be crafted to match the required categories for seamless integration in these other platforms. Additionally, tagging processes are kept manual to give users the flexibility to adapt to changing industry categories on platforms like CV Library.
