If you ever find something in Loxo isn't working the way it's supposed to, the best thing to do is take a screenshot of the Inspector Page and share it with our team via our Live Chat.
This is basically a behind-the-scenes look at what's going on in the backend system, which can allow our engineers to quickly diagnose and solve a problem.
To capture the portion of the Inspector Page we need, please follow the steps below:
Use your mouse or trackpad to right-click on the page you're experiencing the issue on and select "Inspect."
The Inspector Tool will open on your screen.
Select the "Console" tab at the top of the Inspector Tool.
Take a screenshot of your entire browser, including the browser URL & the information under the Console tab.

If you're on a Mac laptop, you can "right-click" by holding down the Control (or Ctrl) key while clicking on the trackpad or by using two fingers to click on the trackpad.
