Monster.com is one of the oldest online job boards on the internet. You can use our built-in integration to quickly and effortlessly post your jobs on their site.
Set Up the Monster Integration
To set up the integration, you'll need to enter your Monster username & password into Loxo. Follow the instructions below to complete this step:
Retrieve your Username & Password from your Monster account.
In Loxo, click on Settings on the navigation bar.
Open the Integrations page, located under the Workspace section.
Enter your Monster username and password and click Save on the right.
Use the Monster Integration
Once you have entered your credentials for Monster on the Loxo Integrations page, you can post your jobs to Monster individually. Follow the steps below to publish your job to Monster:
Navigate to the specific job you wish to post.
Ensure "Publish to Job Boards" is enabled with a Start date in the past & an End Date in the future, and that the job is Active. (Advanced Settings Status icon should be green).
Click the three dots in the upper right corner.
Click Post to Monster.
Confirm the posting and capture the job link if desired.
View the job listing on Monster.
When a candidate attempts to apply, they will be directed to your Careers Page application.
Optional: You can set up your Loxo Resume Forwarding Address in Monster to track applicants there and have their information forwarded into Loxo. You can find your Forwarding Address by navigating to Settings > General.
