Loxo makes it easy to share your open opportunities across a wide range of popular job boards, while tracking all of your applicants in one central pipeline. You can read more in our Help Center about how to post jobs on job boards or share your listings on social media*. We connect with job boards in various ways, including XML feeds, directly through our Integrations page, and using API keys. Keep reading below to learn more about some of the most common job board integrations and how to set these up for your jobs.
CareerBuilder
You will need a paid account with CareerBuilder.
You will need to acquire an integration code from CareerBuilder to enter into Loxo (navigate to Settings > Integrations to connect the integration).
Job Publishing Requirements:
Job Title
Description
Location
Once this integration is complete and turned on, all active and published jobs will be pushed to CareerBuilder all at once.
If you only want to post certain jobs through this integration, you will need to reach out to a representative at CareerBuilder to determine how to manage this process.
Monster
Loxo has a built-out integration with Monster (located under Settings > Integrations).
You will need a paid account with Monster to post jobs on their platform.
An admin user from your agency will need to reach out to the Support Team at Monster to request their API Key. Once acquired, this will be entered into the Monster section of your Integrations page in your Loxo Settings.
Refer to the Monster Job Posting Guide to learn more about posting your jobs.
SimplyHired
You will need a paid account with SimplyHired.
You need to retrieve your XML feed from a Support Team Member at Loxo and send it over to a representative at Indeed.
Indeed and SimplyHired will need to be enabled under Settings > Sources in Loxo, for both the Active and Published toggles.
You will need to reach out to Indeed to push your jobs to SimplyHired.
SH does not currently integrate with any ATS or aggregate any jobs from third parties directly.
Once Indeed has received your XML feed, it can take up to 24 hours to post. All additional jobs will post right away thereafter!
If a job is updated in Loxo, the edits will update in Indeed (and be pushed to SimplyHired) within 1-2 hours.
Indeed
Recruiting-based companies need a paid account with Indeed.
Enterprise accounts (companies using Loxo to fill their own internal positions) do not need a paid account
Indeed allows free visibility if you are posting jobs for positions internally, but no other exceptions can be made.
To post your jobs from Loxo to Indeed, navigate to Settings > Sources and make sure "Indeed" is turned ON, with the "Publish" option turned ON. This will enable the Loxo XML Feed to pull all active and published jobs from the database and add them to the feed.
You need to reach out to Indeed's Support Team and let them know you are looking to post from Loxo's multi-source feed.
If you would like Indeed to pull only specific roles from your Loxo database, you can work with a representative at Indeed to set this up using unique identifiers. These are special tags or keywords that you can add to your Job Description in Loxo, and Indeed will only pull jobs from the feed that have the unique identifier once you've set this up with their team.
Click to view Indeed's Job Posting Guide.
Once Indeed has received the job feed URL with the customer’s first job, it can take up to 24 hours to post. All additional jobs will be posted right away thereafter.
Indeed pulls from Loxo 4 times daily, so once a job is updated in Loxo, it can take up to 6 hours for the updates to show on Indeed.
Indeed will send emails notifying you when someone has applied, and you can forward to the resume forwarding address to quickly and easily parse their information in Loxo!
Troubleshooting: If job postings do not appear on Indeed, verify that you are using a paid Loxo account, as free accounts do not allow publishing to external job boards.
Confirm that the XML feed for your jobs contains active jobs with job board publishing enabled. Open your XML feed link to cross-check and resend this feed to Indeed's support team if necessary.
Ensure that the multi-feed or individual feed link provided to Indeed is accurate. Multi-feed may be preferred depending on Indeed's request.
Contact Indeed's support team to recheck if all steps are correctly completed but jobs are not visible.
There is an Indeed setting available under Settings > Integrations. If this is turned ON, applicants will be able to complete their applications directly on Indeed, using their Easy Apply option. Applications will be received through Indeed and then sent to Loxo. If this setting is turned OFF, applicants will be redirected to your Loxo Careers Page to submit their applications. If your jobs are live on Indeed but you’re not receiving applicants, confirm that the "Easy Apply" toggle is turned ON in Settings > Integrations to enable direct applications through Indeed. Otherwise, candidates will need to be redirected to the Loxo Careers Page.
Glassdoor
Recruiting-based companies need a paid account with Glassdoor.
Enterprise accounts (companies using Loxo to fill their own internal positions) do not need a paid account.
You will need to reach out to Loxo Support to acquire your XML feed to send to Glassdoor.
Once Glassdoor has received the job feed URL with the customer’s first job, it can take up to 24 hours to post. All additional jobs will be posted right away thereafter.
If a job is updated in Loxo, it will update in Glassdoor within 1-2 hours.
ZipRecruiter
You do not need a paid account with ZipRecruiter, but a paid account can help to generate more traffic to your job posts!
You will need to make sure that ZipRecruiter is enabled with the "Publish" toggle turned ON under Settings > Sources.
Posting Requirements: Job Title, Description, and Location (city, state, and country).
If you make a change to a job in Loxo, ZipRecruiter looks every hour, and changes like closing a job or filling a job will reflect, and the listing will be removed from ZipRecruiter.
Talentify
You do not need a paid account with Talentify.
They do offer Talentify Premium, which includes posting to Indeed - this requires a minimum of 500 jobs.
Posting Requirements: Job Title, Location, Description. If this is a remote position, start with the country or city where a majority of the team is based. Further details can be included in the description if it's a remote job.
Jobs should be posted within 1-2 hours, along with any updates.
Talentify isn't a built-in source type. To enable a Talentify feed, users can navigate to Settings > Sources and use the +Add button in the upper right corner.
Reach out to Loxo Support to get the XML feed to send to Talentify!
SEEK (AU)
You will need a paid account with Seek.
You will need to ask Seek for your account's API Hirer ID.
Once you have received your API Hirer ID, you will enter this along with your Account Name into the Seek section located under Settings > Integrations in Loxo and hit "Save."
Once connected, you can post jobs to Seek directly from Loxo by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the job page > Post Seek Ad. Note: the job must be active and have Job Board Publishing enabled for this to work.
The Scoop (UK)
You do not need a paid account with The Scoop.
Enter your Scoop username and password into the section located under Settings > Integrations in Loxo and hit save to enable the integration.
When the job is updated, Loxo will handle sending the update to Scoop, and when you are ready to take this listing down, you'll be able to do so on Scoop's end.
Learn more about this integration here!
The Reed (UK)
You will need a paid account with The Reed.
Follow these steps to receive your username and posting key from Reed:
The username will be the email address associated with your Reed account.
To get the Posting Key:
1. Log in to your reed.co.uk/recruiter account.
2. Navigate to the "Account Settings" section.
3. Click on "Get My Posting Key.”
Head to Settings > Integrations in Loxo and plug in your username and posting key into the Reed section.
Once completed, you can post jobs to Reed from Loxo by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of the pipeline > Post to Reed. Note: the job must be active and published for this to work.
If you make changes to a job in Loxo that is actively published on Reed, we will update the listing on Reed.
Jobs expire on Reed after 42 days. Updating a job should restart this time period. After a job is published on Reed, users will see options in Loxo to "Extend" a job or "Relist" a job, depending on whether the job has expired in Reed or not, as well as the option to end a job in Reed.
Unpublishing a job in Loxo will also end a job in Reed.
CV Library
Click to view CV Library's posting guidelines. How to post a job is also a great article to reference here!

Key requirements (qualifications and skills)
To enable posting to CV Library for your account:
Account admins can go to Settings > Integrations. You will need to enter your CV Library username and password, then click "Save." Once done, it may take a few minutes for the option to "Post to CV Library" to appear in your job share options.
Note: We do not post automatically to CV Library to protect your posting credits. You can choose which jobs you would like by:
Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the job to open the "Manage job" window and enable Job Board Publishing:
2. Once the job has been published, save and refresh. Click the three dots again, and you'll see the option to post to CV Library:
If you receive an error that your username and password are incorrect when posting, you may need to enter an actual username in Settings > Integrations if you entered an email address. You can reach out to CV Library to confirm your username if needed.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I troubleshoot job posting issues?
Start by checking if you are using a paid Loxo account. Free accounts cannot publish jobs to external job boards.
Verify that your jobs appear in your XML feed by opening the feed link. Jobs must be marked as active with job board publishing enabled.
Re-send your XML feed link to Indeed's support team if jobs still do not appear. You may need to confirm using a multi-feed or individual feed based on their preferences.
If discrepancies persist, reach out to Loxo's support team for additional assistance.
Why can't I generate an API Key in my Settings?
Only admin users can access and generate Bearer Tokens (API Keys) in Settings > API Keys. If you're an admin user and don't see the API Keys option in your Settings, please contact support@loxo.co for assistance.
Why is my API Key not working?
Double-check that you're using the correct token. Even a small mistake can cause it to fail. API Keys are only displayed in full once, when they are first generated, for security. It's important to copy the key and save it somewhere secure for future reference.
If you no longer have the full key, you can delete and regenerate a new token.
