You can view your Loxo subscription and billing details directly within your account. The Billing page allows you to update your payment method, view past invoices/receipts, and provides an overview of your plan details, such as the payment frequency, renewal date, plan name, price per seat, and current and minimum user counts.
Only account admins can access the Billing page to manage payment methods and view plan details.
Keep in mind that Loxo is a US-based company, and all transactions are processed in US Dollars. Currently, you can add credit card information, US Bank account details, or SEPA Debit information as your payment method.
Add a Payment Method to Your Account

View Your Plan
You can see which Loxo plan you have directly on your Billing page. The Billing page will also provide you with billing details relevant to your subscription. To see your Loxo plan, your renewal date, or your subscription pricing, follow the steps below.
Log in to your Loxo account. Note: you must have admin access to view billing details.
Go to Settings and scroll down to Billing.
Open the Billing page to view your payment method and the billing terms listed here:
Renewal Date: The date your plan is currently set to automatically renew.*
*Legacy plans may not present the renewal date
Plan Information:
Plan Name
Pricing Per Seat
Total Seats
Minimum Billable Seats: The minimum number of users you will be charged for.
Payment Frequency
You can also view your credit usage directly from the Billing page. Simply click on View credit usage to open your Loxo Credits page for more details about your Loxo Credits.
How to View Invoices
Your account invoices are available directly in your Loxo account. Please note that you must have admin access to view the Billing page. Follow the instructions below to find your Loxo invoices:
Navigate to Settings > Billing in your Loxo account.
Scroll to the bottom to find "Invoices." These will be organized in chronological order based from most recent to oldest.
Click on "View Invoice"
In the new window, you will see the following:
Invoice Status
Invoice Number
Date
Payment Method
Click "View invoice and payment details" to see additional information such as:
Select "Download Invoice" or "Download Receipt" to save a copy locally
The invoices shown on your Billing page are for the payments made for your Loxo account. These do not include any invoices that you have sent to your clients from Loxo. To read more about sending invoices to your clients, check out our article on Invoices.
Where is my invoice?
If you're looking for an invoice that isn't showing in your Settings > Billing section, there could be several reasons why. Below are answers to the most common questions about missing invoices. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our team by clicking the ? Help icon in the bottom left corner of your Loxo. One common oversight is accessing the Invoicing Page instead of the Billing Page. If you are unable to find your Loxo subscription invoices, confirm that you are in the correct section under Settings > Billing.
Where is the invoice for my first month?
Typically, the first month's payment is processed automatically during sign-up, and the Order Form you signed serves as the invoice. If you didn’t sign an Order Form, you should be able to find the first month’s invoice in your Settings > Billing section in your account. If you are unable to locate the initial Order Form, please request a copy from our Support team.
My latest payment isn't showing. Where is my most recent invoice?
Depending on your payment method, some payments may take a few business days to process. If your payment was made within the last 24 hours, it should appear as soon as it’s successfully received.
