Reset My Password

If you forget or need to update your Loxo password, you can easily reset it

Listen - sometimes we forget the exact combination of key strokes needed to log in, or we simply need to update a password to keep up with data security proven practices. Either way, we've got you!

To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your login email address on our sign-in page and click "Continue."

  2. Click the "Forgot password?" option on the sign-in page or use this link: https://app.loxo.co/reset_password.

  3. Check your email for a password reset link.

  4. Follow the instructions in the email to set up a new password.

Before selecting Reset Password, make sure you have entered your Loxo login email correctly on the screen.

It is important to ensure that the email entered is the one associated with your account to avoid issues.

  • Some people have multiple email addresses. Make sure you've entered the one associated with your Loxo account.

  • The reset tokens will be sent to the email address that is entered if it is associated with a Loxo user. If the email address entered is not linked to a Loxo user, no reset token will be delivered.

  • You can only sign in to Loxo with your user email. Synced email addresses can not receive reset tokens or be used to sign in.

If you don't see the Reset Password email in your regular inbox, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder just in case. If you have inbox filters or rules set up for other Loxo notifications (such as email read receipts, form submissions, application notifications, etc.), see if your reset email has been caught by those.

If the notification doesn't come through after a couple of minutes, reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.

If you're currently logged into Loxo, you will need to sign out of your current session before you can update your password. If there is an active login session on the browser when you click the reset link, you will be redirected to your account.

If you click the button to request a password reset or use the link in the email to reset your password but are redirected to your Loxo account (despite being logged out), your password may be cached. Sometimes this happens because your Loxo login is cached in your browser settings. A workaround is to right-click on the reset link (https://app.loxo.co/reset-password) and select "Open Link in Incognito Window" to eliminate any interference from cache & cookies. You can also right-click the reset token in the email to open the Reset Password page in an Incognito Window.

Alternatively, you can clear your Chrome Cache
