You can view or change your payment method directly in Loxo. Please note that Loxo is a US-based company, and all payments will occur in US Dollars.
This article explains how to access your current payment method or make a change to the payment method on file. Currently, you can add credit card information, US Bank account details, or SEPA Debit information directly from your Loxo account.
Note: You must have admin access to add or change payment methods on your account. Additionally, only one payment method can be active at a time, so payments cannot be split across multiple methods.
View the Payment Method on File
Follow the instructions below to access your billing details and view the payment method or bank information on file.
Log in to your Loxo account
Click on Settings.
Scroll down to the Billing section and click Billing.
From here, you can view the current payment method on file and make changes as needed.
Add or Change the Payment Method
Regardless of your payment cadence, you can update your payment method as needed. Loxo makes it easy to add a new payment method directly from your Settings page. Choose between Credit Card, US Bank Account, or SEPA Debit payment methods.
Follow the instructions in the section above to access your Billing page. From there:
On the Billing page, click on + Add Payment Method.
Select whether you want to add a Credit Card, SEPA Debit information, or US Bank Account information
Enter the required details and ensure the information is complete and accurate.
Click "Save."
Please note there may be a 1-3 business day delay depending on each financial institution's processing time.
Remove a Payment Method
You can save multiple payment methods to your Loxo account, but only one will be charged for your subscription. If you'd like to remove a payment method, simply follow the steps below.
Navigate to Settings > Billing following the instructions above.
Find the payment method you want to remove from your account.
Click on the three dots (...) next to the payment method and click delete.
