Save yourself some time when creating your targeted groups of candidates by utilizing the Readiness Score to reach those most likely to be open to changing companies or positions. The Readiness Score is only available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
The Readiness Score will appear at the top left of a candidate profile within Source if the algorithm has picked up on their likelihood of readiness for new opportunities.
