People Reports in Loxo

Keep track of the people records in your database

If you're new to Loxo, you will see a list of default reports. These have been curated based on the most commonly requested metrics to help give you a head start in tracking performance in Loxo.

This article explains reports organized around people and candidates. With these reports, you can track candidates being added to job stages over time, the quality and outcomes of people added from different sources, and what net new people have entered your workflow.

Note: You must have Admin permissions for your account to access and customize Reports. If you cannot see the Reports Page, reach out to your team admin to be given access.

How to See Default Reports in Loxo

Default Reports can be found in the Reporting Dashboard.

  1. To access Reports in Loxo, use your navigation bar on the left. Click on the bar chart icon to access Reports.

  2. This will take you to your Default Dashboard. Click the name of the dashboard at the top to choose a different dashboard.

  3. To find a specific report, choose the list icon in the top left corner.

  4. Use the search bar to quickly find a report by name or use keywords to see what reports exist.

  5. Alternatively, you can toggle to the Reports or Goals tab and scroll through the list of available Reports/Goals.


Stages by Date

  • The Stages by Date report provides you with a summary overview of the number of candidates who are currently in different stages across your Jobs.

  • You can adjust the cadence to show data on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

  • You can easily see the people who were added during any given day or time period, and what stage they are currently in. If you scroll down to the Detailed section, you will see the specific Candidates who are currently in those Stages.

  • You can add filters to get a better understanding of the work that has been done on specific jobs or with specific companies.


People by Source

  • The People by Source report gives an overview of which sources are bringing Candidates into your database in a given time frame.

  • People by Source defaults to a bar graph that includes the number of candidates added to your database from a given source.

  • You can adjust the People by Source report to include a select date range and add filters to specify which team members are using various sources.

  • The People by Source report helps you track where you are finding the most candidates and will let you dial into data around which sources generate greater success for your team.


Candidates by Stage

  • The Candidates by Stage report shows you the candidates that were added to a Job this month and breaks them down by particular Job Stages.

  • You can add additional filters related to People records to dive deeper into metrics like who added these candidates, or what company they represent.

  • The Candidates by Stage report gives you a great baseline of where your candidates are in the pipeline, which you can modify for your specific needs.

  • The Candidates by Stage report is similar to the Stages by Owner report but the Candidates by Stage report retains a macro-level view focused on the candidate data and does not filter by Owner.
